Every purchase on Neend is protected. If something goes wrong, we've got you covered with full refunds for eligible claims.
1. What's Covered
Neend Buyer Protection covers: item significantly different from description; item not received; item arrived damaged; wrong item delivered; counterfeit or fake items; and seller fraud or non-delivery.
Protection is valid for 7 days from delivery, or up to 30 days if the item was not delivered at all.
2. What's Not Covered
The following are not covered: buyer's remorse (changing your mind); items that match the description but didn't meet expectations; damage caused by the buyer after delivery; returns requested after 7 days; and transactions made outside of Neend's platform.
3. Filing a Claim
To file a claim: go to My Orders; select the order; click "Report Problem"; select the issue type; provide photos and description; submit the claim. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days if not delivered).
4. Resolution Process
Step 1: We notify the seller and give them 24 hours to respond. Step 2: Seller provides evidence or agrees to refund. Step 3: If no resolution, Neend mediates and makes a final decision within 3 business days. Step 4: Refund is issued if the claim is valid.
5. Refund Types
Full Refund: issued when item not received, item is counterfeit, or item is completely different from listing. Partial Refund: may be offered when item is slightly different or has minor issues. Return & Refund: when item must be returned before refund is processed.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. COD refunds are sent via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
