Payment Policy

Neend accepts the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD); JazzCash mobile wallet; EasyPaisa mobile wallet; and Bank Transfer (for orders above Rs. 10,000).

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International payment methods are not currently supported.

COD is available on all orders across Pakistan with no additional fees. Payment is collected by our logistics partner at the time of delivery. Please have exact cash ready as change may not always be available.

COD is not available for: orders above Rs. 5,00,000; orders to certain remote areas; and repeat customers with a history of COD rejections.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa payments are processed in real-time. Bank transfers must be completed within 24 hours of order placement; orders not paid within this window will be automatically cancelled. Payment confirmation is sent via SMS and email.

All digital transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. We are PCI-DSS compliant for card transactions. We never store full payment details on our servers.

Seller payments are released: 2-3 business days after delivery confirmation for digital payment orders; 5-7 business days for COD orders after delivery confirmation from logistics partner.

Platform commission of 5% is deducted before payout. Minimum payout amount is Rs. 5,000. Payouts are transferred to the seller's registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account.

Prices on Neend are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sellers are responsible for their own tax compliance. Neend issues monthly commission statements for GST purposes. For B2B invoice requirements, contact billing@neend.pk.
