Returns & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window
All purchases on Neend come with a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Conditions apply — see details below.
1. Eligible Returns
A return is eligible if: the item received is significantly different from the product listing; the item is defective or damaged upon delivery; the wrong item was delivered; or the item was not delivered but payment was made.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. After 7 days, returns are only accepted for items covered by the seller's own warranty.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return: go to your order history; select the order; click "Request Return"; select the reason; upload photos of the item; and submit. Our team will review within 24 hours and contact you.
Once approved, arrange return pickup or drop-off at the nearest logistics partner location. Use original packaging where possible.
3. Product Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
4. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected (1-3 days), refunds are processed as follows: COD refunds via JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3-5 business days; Digital payment refunds to original payment method within 5-7 business days; Bank transfers within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized furniture; mattresses that have been used (hygienic reasons); items purchased during clearance sales marked as "Final Sale"; and items damaged by the buyer after delivery.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and do not dispose of the packaging. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to returns@neend.pk with your order ID and photos. Damaged item claims outside 24 hours may not be eligible.
7. COD Returns
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you refuse delivery due to a legitimate issue (wrong item, visible damage), the item will be returned to the seller at no charge to you. Refunds for COD returns are processed via JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days after the seller confirms receipt.
