Terms of Service

Welcome to Neend ("Platform"), operated by Neend Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of Pakistan. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neend. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Neend is a social commerce marketplace that connects buyers with verified Pakistani furniture and mattress sellers. We provide a platform for sellers to list products and for buyers to discover, evaluate, and purchase furniture and home goods.

Neend acts as an intermediary and does not own, manufacture, or directly sell any products listed on the platform. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly, with Neend facilitating the process.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@neend.pk if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Services. Business accounts require valid CNIC and business registration documents.

As a buyer, you agree to: provide accurate delivery information; pay for purchases in a timely manner; inspect goods upon delivery and raise disputes within 7 days; use the platform in good faith; and not engage in fraudulent chargebacks.

Buyers are responsible for understanding product descriptions, dimensions, and materials before purchasing. We recommend using the Message Seller feature to clarify any concerns.

Sellers on Neend must: provide accurate product descriptions and images; fulfill orders promptly; maintain quality standards; respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours; comply with all applicable Pakistani laws; and maintain the minimum seller rating as specified in the Seller Policy.

Sellers are prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods. Neend reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any seller account that violates these terms.

Neend supports Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer payment methods. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Platform commission of 5% is deducted from each seller payout. Payment processing fees may apply for digital payment methods. COD payments are collected by our logistics partners and remitted to sellers within 5-7 business days of delivery confirmation.

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly through the platform's chat feature. If resolution is not reached within 48 hours, either party may escalate to Neend's dispute resolution team.

Neend will review disputes and make a final determination based on evidence provided. Our decision is binding on both parties. See our Buyer Protection policy for more details on eligible refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any transactions on the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Neend reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform community.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Outstanding orders and payments will be processed per the standard procedures. You may appeal termination decisions by contacting support@neend.pk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
