Seller Policy

To sell on Neend, you must be a Pakistani citizen or registered business with a valid CNIC. Business sellers require valid NTN and business registration. All sellers must complete KYC verification before listing products.

Minimum age to sell: 18 years. A valid mobile number for OTP verification and a bank account or mobile wallet for receiving payments is required.

All listings must include: accurate product title; clear photos (minimum 4 images); honest description including dimensions, materials, and any defects; correct pricing; accurate delivery timeframe; and stock availability.

Listings must be in English or Urdu. Prices must be in Pakistani Rupees. Misleading listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.

Sellers must: confirm orders within 24 hours; ship within the stated processing time (maximum 5 business days); provide tracking information; and deliver within the promised timeframe.

Sellers who fail to fulfill orders consistently may face penalties including temporary listing restrictions or account suspension.

Products must match their listings exactly. Items must be new unless clearly listed as used/second-hand. All items must meet basic safety standards. Custom orders must be completed as agreed with buyers. Poor quality items that generate excessive returns will result in quality review.

Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. Maintain professional and respectful communication. Do not share personal contact information to bypass the platform. Do not solicit external payments outside of Neend. Sellers must communicate order status proactively for any delays.

Platform commission: 5% per completed sale. No monthly subscription fee. No listing fee. Ad spend is optional and additional.

Payments are released 2-3 business days after delivery confirmation (digital payments) or 5-7 days (COD). Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 5,000. Payment is made to your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account.

The following items are strictly prohibited on Neend: items from endangered species (ivory, etc.); items that infringe on intellectual property; counterfeit or replica branded goods; illegal or dangerous items; products that are prohibited under Pakistani law.

Sellers are evaluated on: order fulfillment rate (minimum 95%); response rate (minimum 80% within 24h); customer rating (minimum 3.5/5); return rate (below 10%); and dispute rate (below 3%).

Sellers falling below these metrics will receive warnings and support to improve. Persistent underperformance may result in account restrictions.
